The Camerata Europaea (CE) realizes as a part of it´s annual programme 2020, a cultural project under the motto Odyssey, indicating classic and traditional art forms in addition to various future tendencies and trends combined into one innovative programme. Odyssey represents the long and unwiedly journey into the inner self. A walk on the path of self-knowledge and perception. It´s the final homecoming, the search of the wasted and lost time, the doubts, the allegorie of life towards revelation and perfection. The long and arduous odyssey of the modern humans, ready to give up or to delete their identities in order to acknowledge and to maintain them. At the heart of the program are the musical sounds and spaces, in which all the other elements, such as the visual, the performance and the new media, are embedded. Tools for this purpose are the artistic series Camerata Experimental, Camerata Mobile and Festival of Culture, which will allegorically convey the motto to the European audience.
