Charles Dickens Festival
The 19th century English city of Charles Dickens revives in full glory in the centre of Deventer. On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December 2022, more than 950 characters from the famous books of this English writer come to life in the historic Bergkwartier: from Scrooge to Oliver Twist, from Mr. Pickwick to Christmas Carol Singers, from orphans to office clerks and distinguished figures.
