15 years after Graz was declared as the „European town of the human rights”, the “fragments – Filmfestival der Menschenrechte” is staged from the 21st to the 25th of April 2016. The festival shows documentaries as well as films, international and Austrian productions. Main focus is on the subject „Exodus & Crisis". Guest of honour of the festival will be the Tunisian journalist and peace activist Sihem Bensedrine. She is a co-founder of the „league for human rights“ who was honoured in the year before as a part of the „Tunisian dialogue quartet“ with the Nobel peace prize.
